Denver Hotness!
Denver has set the hottest summer in history yesterday as it continues the streak of consecutive days over 90.
Its a nice hot where humidity is pretty much unnoticed and is bone warmingly hot. Surprisingly we havent even gone to the pool through this weather, cause its too hot, and that seems to be everones thinking as there is usually no one there. Today is supposed to reach a cool 101. Yikes. I dont really mind hot weather here, and when we want to get out of it the mountains are ALWAYS nice! The hot weather also does something for how clear it is and the mountain views have been spectacular this summer. Sunrises and Sunsets are breathtaking out here with pinks and purples and the sun falling behind the front range. I stood outside for probably twenty minutes yesterday just loving where I live.
The only downside to all of this is our electric bill. Keeping our house at 72, lets just say that this July compared to last July tripled.... Ouch!
I love Colorado! It was well worth the wait

We keep it at 75, not 72!
After that bill is when it moved to 75!
I wish we could even out our temps a little bit. You can have some of our cold (it's been like 65 for a high for the last week), and we'll take some of your warm. Maybe keep it around 78 outside for both places!
We're pretty excited that it's going to be back in the 70's this weekend!
